When you rent jewelry from Bequatom, you agree to the rental period, which will be clearly stated during checkout. Please ensure that the jewelry is returned by the agreed-upon date. Failure to return the jewelry on time may incur additional charges.
We only accept cash payments upon delivery or upon completing your rental order. Payment should be made in full before the jewelry is handed over. Please ensure that cash payments are available at the time of delivery or pickup.
Some items of jewelry will require a security deposit. The deposit will be returned when the jewelry is returned in the condition it was received. Any damage or loss will be deducted from the security deposit.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). All returned jewelry is to be received in the condition in which it was received. Any damage to, or change in, an item beyond the limits of ordinary wear and tear will be subject to an additional fee for restoration or a reduction in the security deposit. All return orders are subject to our Return Policy.
We do not offer cash refunds. We require customers to provide their bank account details, which will be used for bank transfers in case of a refund. The refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after the customer provides their bank account details.
Bequatom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our rental products. You agree to hold Bequatom harmless from any such claims by using our services.
