At Bequatom, we will do what we can to make your jewelry rental experience memorable and seamless. However, sometimes things do not go as planned. To this end, we have outlined below our return and refund process to address such concerns.

Returns for Damaged or Disputed Items

If you receive jewelry damaged or not in the condition you expected, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Our team will help you return the item to us. We accept returns on items that arrive with damage when there is a valid dispute, and we are able to confirm the item's condition.

Refund Procedure

We accept returns through bank transfer. All the details necessary to process the refund should be provided by customers through bank account details. Once confirmed, the return will be processed. Don't worry; no cash refunds are accepted, and the return must meet all the requirements outlined above.

Non-Returnable Items

All rentals returned past due or items that are returned with no damage or issues are reported.
